Your in-game name: My in game name is ShinichiSlays, and I plan on changing it very soon.
Age (13+): I am currently 13 years old, but I will be turning 14 years old on August 19th which is in 2 months!
What timezone are you in? PST (Pacific Standard Time) in other words West Coast.
What country do you live in? I live in the United States (I just moved to Nevada two days ago so I'm barely getting settled)
What languages do you speak? I speak English (Obviously) a little bit of Spanish and that's all. I will e learning Japanese, French, and more Spanish during high school.
Do you have the necessary means of capturing evidence? (i.e. recording software, screenshots, etc) I use fraps, and my Windows 10 recording software.
Why do you think you should become a Helper? have a lot of reasons on why I think you should choose me to become a trainee.
1) Time: First off I have a lot of time to play ElraPvP and moderate the server. If I don't have much homework or anything going on that night then I will most likely be on for 5-6 hours on weekdays like I said it depends on how much work I have that night. On the weekends, I usually don't do much except sit in front of my computer all day anyways so I'll probably be on all day on the weekends unless I have a family thing to go to in which I will let the staff know that I will be out that certain day.
2) Maturity: Secondly, I am very mature and I don't take foolishness very lightly I do like to have fun but when I am moderating a server I tend to be a serious as I possibly can be, I like to remember that staff members are role models to the community so I want to set a good example, I don't want players thinking that staff just goof off and don't tend to problems on the server. If it is a staff game or the staff are doing something that doesn't involve moderating then I would love to join in and have fun! But like I said when I'm moderating I like to show the players that staff do, do stuff and that we do take care of problems!
3) Experience: I have already put my experience with staff on servers earlier in the application but I put it down here because I feel like my experience can help the staff team and the community, for instance, I know how to correctly deal with players while also following a specific guideline with the punishments. I can also deal with bigger player bases because I have experience with big servers so the player count won't stop me from doing my job correctly.
How long can you be active on the server everyday? I can be on from 12:00 PM to 10 PM, everyday Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday.
How long have you been playing on ElethraPvp? I've been playing Elra for at least 1 hour now, or close to one hour. I know I he to have 1 hour of play time but I can assure you that I am trustworthy.
Have you ever been banned in the past? (Forums & In-game) Yes I have actually I was banned on a server called Mcgamer . I was banned on mcgamer for advertising as soon as I was banned I knew I something wrong I felt ashamed of myself because of what I did latr on about 1 week I made a ban dispute on the forums and was accepted because I showed to themI would never advertise again and I didn't, I'm still unbanned to this day. And I have not been banned on n a while.
Do you have any past experience as a moderator? My experience is one of the biggest factors on why you should choose me for Trainee. I have been staff in lots of other servers, I have started out as being the owner of a small server by the name of OPRaids. The server did not last long but it helped me improve my building skills and also how to set up domains and use the configurations of a server. For OPRaids, I used MCProhosting and learned how to be experienced with adding plugins and maps. Later, I bought a server for two-hundred dollars called RepublicPVP in which I used BeastNode and because it was a semi-popular server I was able to have a good community and learn overall the ropes on how to own and correctly run a server. I was also able to recruit my new staff team including a very professional developer. After learning BeastNode, I changed to GG servers and started a small network which did alright for the fact that we really only had FFA and UHC (which was in the works but we I not have enough support to have it open for good). During that time, I applied for 2015PVP which was another popular FFA server that turned out to be where I became Admin on after a couple weeks because of my work ethic and because of how well I got along with the community. My catching of cheaters has been at its peak ever since then with the rules that you must record every hacker and log every single ban. After that, I talked with the owners of 2015 and decided to merge Republic with 2015 which ended up turning into 2016. The server was up for a month and we got a lot of new players, around 50 new players a day and around 3000 players by the end of the month which was sadly the end of the server as through DDOSing and the scam between the ex owner on 2015 taking the server back from the buyers. After that experience, me and a couple of friends have decided to move on and revamp a server that had shut down some time ago that used to be big and thus, the work ethic has never stopped and my experience continues to expand. Throughout this experience, I learned how to catch hackers effectively, use commands in efficient time, manage my time, prioritize my events and most of all, communicating with other players.
