Becoming A Helper
Hello ElethraPvp Members!
In this thread, I will be going over the Helper process & some questions that I have been seeing on the forums lately about Helper.
What is a helper?
A Helper is the first Staff rank on our Staff Team. It is basically a trial for moderator, at the end you will either be demoted back to your donator rank or default rank, or promoted to moderator.
Throughout the trial you will be mentored by your mentor on how to enforce the rules as well as answering questions from the community.
Application Requirements
-Age: We currently have a minimum age requirement of 13 years of age. If you younger than 13 but show great maturity and get noticed by the staff team, you may be asked to submit an application.
-Maturity: As stated in the top requirement, maturity is a major requirement to ensure our staff members are sensible and can be professional.
-Grammar: Grammar is also a big thing, this can show if you are not ready for staff, as well as how you communicate in general. Grammar can seriously ruin your application so make sure it is polished to a high standard.
-Communication: This can not be a big issue, but can seriously bring you down in your interview if you get to that stage. You will need to have a high level of communication skill as well as confidence to answer the questions with professionalism and maturity.
-Recent Punishments: If you have had a recent punishment then you will be unable to apply for staff if you have a punishment within the three months. This will show if you are mature in game at all times.
-Forum Warning Points: If you have had a forum warning point within the past three months, then it will make you unable to apply for helper. This is because of the lack of maturity on the forums or because you have not read the rules to a good enough standard that you would break them.
You will be denied if we as a staff team do not feel that you ready, or do not fit any of the above categories. But do not fear, as if you are denied the denial message will tell you what you did wrong, thus you will be able to improve on that aspect for your next application!

Yes i have 13 I am friends with GUH i would love to be helper because i love helping i hope to be upgraded to different things like mod admin EXT. yes i have skype you can call whenever you need me i am active and i am a good builder but not sure were that is  but i hope you can accept this |

How long can you be active on the server everyday? 7 houes.
How long have you been playing on ElethraPvp? 1 day.
Have you ever been banned in the past? (Forums & In-game) No.
Do you have any past experience as a moderator? Yes on another server
